Q:  Will your compatible toner mix with OEM developer?

A:  Yes. Our manufacturers formulate our toners to pour & mix with OEM developer. You do not have to do any developer changes. When you start using our toner, just install it in the machine and it is ready to go. No problems.

Q:  What is the yield on your toner versus the OEM?

A:  The exact same as the OEM. Whatever the OEM expected yield is on any part or supply item, ours is guaranteed to meet or exceed that yield.

Q:  Do your toner boxes say Polek & Polek on them?

A:  No. Our toner boxes do not say Polek & Polek or the name of the toner manufacturer on them. They only say “for use in" and the machine manufacturer and model # that they work in.

Q:  Can my order go out today?

A:  Orders placed before 3 pm E.S.T. that have been credit approved will ship the same day. Orders placed after that, are subject to the shipping volume of the day. Rush orders are available. Please call your sales executive to flag the order.

Q:  How long will it take to get my order?

A:  Please check on www.ups.com to see ship times. If ship time is an issue please contact your sales executive to review shipping options.

Q:  When is my backorder expected?

A:  Please call your sales executive or check stock at our Online Catalog for ETA’s on backordered items.

Q:  Who do I speak to, to place an order/ open an account and pay a bill?

A:  To place an order call your sales executive.

Q:  What type of payments do you accept?
A:  Our payment terms are Net 30, C.O.D. or Credit Card - Amex, MC, Visa.  We also accept Wire Transfers as well as Pre-Payment.

A:  8 AM to 7 PM E.S.T.

Q:  How much is shipping?

A:  We charge UPS rates and fees. Orders under $50 are subject to an additional $5 handling fee.

Q:  Where do you ship from?

A:  We ship from Fairfield, NJ.

Q:  What is your 100% guarantee?

A:  100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the performance of one of our products, we will credit your account upon receipt of the product. We will also credit your account for any additional expenses incurred by the use of our product.

Q:  How do I handle returns to Polek & Polek?

A:  Just call your sales executive and ask for a RA#. ARS labels are available if needed.
