I WAS TOLD USING COMPATIBLE
CARTRIDGES WILL VOID MY PRINTER WARRANTY
No manufacturer can put in writing
that this product will void a warranty. They will not cover the
cost of repairs resulting from the direct use of our
product, which is why we offer a full warranty. The HP* website
states our product will not void their warranty. IF a service
company has a service contract with a customer and it actually
states “oem only”, that is enforceable. Otherwise, our product
can legally be used in a printer. Technicians will sometimes
blame the cartridge because they cannot figure out a mechanical
problem and some will make the warranty statement verbally, but
never back up in writing. |

Dealers:
Laser printer cartridges are a “pain in the neck” item for your
customers. They don’t want to run out, they want to get them
fast and easily. They want minimal problems. Always find
ways to solve problems for them with their imaging needs.
